Our drying system Dry-tunnel TH009 foresee a gradual and progressive drying process through
sectors which tunnel is divided in where in each one it is possible to set temperature and humidity
values. The most innovative thing is the patented system for leathers temperature and humidity
detection (THEMA DRY-CONTROL).
1) Continuous drying system divided in air heating sections managed automatically;
2) Drying with big air volumes and extremely low environment temperature
3) Reduced time of production as a controlled process with requested humidity values
would act on leathers
4) No dust or humidity influences in your buildings since all the leather's evaporation will
happen inside a reasonable closed drying tunnel;
5) Reduction of energy costs since the Thema Dry-Control system is managed by a PLC
and will only request heating of air if needed by preselected humidity or temperature
and, whether in a section there are no leathers, hot air would not be sent in.
6) On the touch-screen monitor it is possible to display the position of the leather's batch
and their entity, moreover it is possible to store all drying recipes
7) Control "On time" of PLC functions from THEMA/Italiy by tele-assistance
