L’Italia è pronta al debutto in World League. Venerdì 29 maggio (ore 12.10 italiane) i ragazzi di Mauro Berruto cominceranno la loro avventura nel circuito itinerante del volley maschile.

Ad Adelaide (Australia) saranno assenti diversi big (Zaytsev, Birarelli, Parodi, Juantorena, Piano su tutti) e la nostra formazione sarà infarcita di giocatori alla loro prima volta con la maglia della Nazionale maggiore:

Simone Giannelli (palleggiatore), Aimone Alletti (centrale), Elia Bossi (centrale), Stefano Mengozzi (centrale), Oleg Antonov (schiacciatore), Iacopo Botto (schiacciatore). Sei su 14 convocati, praticamente mezza squadra. A tutti loro l’augurio di un debutto con i fiocchi: la prima in World League porta spesso bene.
