Oggi ho fatto un meeting con Colombia e abbiamo un grande problema con il modello in oggetto
Come ricorderete abbiamo gia approvato una NA di c.ca 15k per difettosita su qs scarpa e abbiamo mandato una lettera a conferma che il problema per la FE15 è stato risolto (alcune scarpe le ho viste e le porterà in uff Giacomo -Eli pls falle pervenire a Rudy and team)
Ora peró il problema si sta facendo più importante abbiamo sul mercato Colombiano più di 12.700 paia di qs style di FW14 (circa 380K usd a TP!!!!) e piano piano stanno tornando tutte indietro senza una regola di colore /taglia/Lotto ma random. Dopo un po di utilizzo si sfalda.
EDM vuole ritirarle dal mercato onde evitare problemi di immagine e per far si che anche possa spedire la SS15 Main possa essere consegnata (i clienti ad oggi non la vohliono per paura che ci sia lo stesso problema (in effetti dei 3campioni che vedrete uno è già di Ss15 !!! Di cui hanno comprato un altro 9000 paia!!! Di cui hanno consegnato ai loro clienti la preview)
Accordato con loro:
- Per i clienti piu importanti che stanno avendo qs problema e hanno volumi di SS15 ordinati importanti. Ritiro immediato sui modelli che hanno dimostrato avere qs problematica e resoconto a noi di quanto ritirato da rimborsare
- sS15 velocissimo intervento in loco da qualche specialista di CQ per controllare che la MAIN sS15 che hanno in warehouse sia subito spedibile senza problematiche
- vedere se sia possibile accorciare time to market di FW15 su qs modelli ordinati in modo da non perdere troppo tempo/fatturato
- sparare al produttore!!! ;-)
