In allegato il report definitivo dei cnt arrivati a Luglio.

Come richiesto è stata data la priorità al diamantato (Verificato al 100% al netto di 25 ruote vendute).



Sulle ruote il cui diamantato risultava non conforme, sono stati verificati i mozzi e le stampigliatura.



I problemi emersi sono gli stessi riscontrati sul cnt di Giugno, ovvero:

· Macro-difetti sul diamantato;

· Mozzi BREMEN lavorati con tolleranza positiva(66.6 +0.10/0.00mm) anziché negativa (66.6 -0.10/0.00mm);

· Mozzi LOWE e LUFT di poco fuori specifica (Accettabili secondo me in deroga);

· Mozzo 8J18 LOWE-FF/WSX ET28 5112 66,45 - F8080LWQM28WSX - lavorata con tolleranza errata 66.45 +0.15/+0.07mm (Corretta lavorazione 66.45 +0.10/0.00mm);

· Stampigliature illeggibili/incomplete o errate.



Se mettono in pratica quanto scritto nella loro email di Luglio, sui prossimi arrivi dovremmo notare un netto miglioramento.

Diamond wheel which was not compliant, verified the hubs and the imprint. The issues raised are the same found on the cnt of June, namely:· Macro-defects in diamond blade;· BREMEN hubs machined to positive (+ 0.00 0.10/66.6 mm) rather than negative (66.6-0.10/0.00 mm);· Slightly off-specification hubs LOWE and LUFT (Acceptable in my opinion notwithstanding);· Hub 8J18 LOWE-FF/WSX ET28 5112 66.45 66.45-F8080LWQM28WSX-worked with incorrect tolerance + 0.15/+ 0.07 mm (0.10 + 0.00 66.45 appropriate work/mm);· Marks illegible/incomplete or incorrect. If put into practice what is written in their July, email about upcoming additions we should note a marked improvement.
